DEAN YURKE - Writer / Director
English born Dean Yurke has worked in the film industry for over 15 years and has credits on over 40 major motion pictures. After graduating with a degree in media production and a masters in computer animation, his award winning student film landed him a job with Terry Gilliam's visual effects company Peerless. There he headed the computer graphics department and was computer graphics supervisor on several notable features including 12 Monkeys, The Edge and Surviving Picasso. In 1997 Dean moved to California to join George Lucas' Industrial Light and Magic to work on the Star Wars prequels. He has worked as an animator, digital artist or sequence supervisor on some of the highest grossing franchises of all time including Star Wars, Transformers, Harry Potter, Star Trek, Pirates of the Caribbean and Iron Man. In tandem with visual effects Dean is also an accomplished screenwriter. His first screenplay sale was in 2005. MICHAEL J. ZAMPINO - Producer
As Assistant to the Head of Production at Silver Pictures, Michael worked extensively in 1993 on the feature film Demolition Man as well as Tales From the Crypt episodes during its fifth season. Reporting to producer Joel Silver, Michael oversaw all aspects of production as well as the daily administrative operation of a major Hollywood production company. At Sony Music Studios, in New York City, Michael joined the Studio staff as Unit Production Manager, administrating media projects from the pre-production phase through to post-production. After producing an independent feature in the summer of 1994, Michael worked for MJJ Productions producing specials for entertainer Michael Jackson. In the summer of 1996, Michael joined Design Build Productions and produced for MBC-TV, Korea the International mini-series, Beautiful Vacation. Michael was named Vice President in Charge of Production at Design Build Productions and remained so for four years until leaving in the spring of 2000 to produce and UPM on the DGA film, Snipes for Philadelphia based RuffNation Films. Snipes was distributed by Columbia/TriStar theatrically in September, 2002. Relocating to Los Angeles in 2003, Michael became the CFO/COO at Production HQ where he produced shorts and features, including the award winning horror film, The Slaughter in 2005-6 and the Sony/Stage 6 distributed, Zombie Strippers in 2007. He started Accio Cine, Inc., his own production company in July of 2007, joined the Directors Guild of America as a Unit Production Manager and immediately worked on Insanitarium as the Executive Producer and UPM, another Sony/Stage 6 distributed film. In March of 2008, Michael produced the horror film , Empty Rooms, with long time friend, Adam Lamas, directing.
